Sefydliadau addysgol penodedig at ddibenion penodol o fewn Deddf Tai 2004
2. Mae sefydliad addysgol yn un penodedig at ddibenion paragraff 4 o Atodlen 14 i Ddeddf Tai 2004 os yw—
(a)wedi ei restru yn yr Atodlen i'r Rheoliadau hyn; a
(b)wedi ei restru fel y sefydliad addysgol perthnasol o ran adeilad—
(i)sydd wedi ei restru yn yr Atodlen i God Ymarfer Prifysgolion y DU/Cynhadledd Sefydlog Prifathrawon y Prifysgolion ar gyfer Rheoli Cartrefi Myfyrwyr (Cymru) dyddiedig 16 Mai 2006(1); neu
(ii)wedi ei restru yn ail golofn Atodlen 1 i God Rhwydwaith Achrediad y DU/Cod Safonau Unipol ar gyfer Datblygiadau Mwy ar gyfer Llety i Fyfyrwyr a Reolir ac sydd dan Reolaeth Sefydliadau Addysgol (Cynru) dyddiedig 16 Mai 2006(2).

Mae'r Cod Ymarfer hwn wedi cael ei gymeradwyo gan Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru o dan adran 233 o'r Ddeddf. Gweler Gorchymyn Tai (Cymeradwyo Codau Ymarfer Rheoli) (Llety Myfyrwyr) ( Cymru) 2006 (O.S. 2006/1709 (W.171)).
