Iawndal am anifeiliaid buchol sy'n cael eu cigydda oherwydd TSE

3.  Rhaid i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol dalu iawndal–

(a)pan fo anifail yn cael ei ladd o dan Atodlen 3 o Reoliadau Enseffalopathïau Sbyngffurf Trosglwyddadwy (Cymru) 2006;

(b)pan fo anifail i'w ladd o dan Atodlen 3 o Reoliadau Enseffalopathïau Sbyngffurf Trosglwyddadwy (Cymru) 2006, a bod yr anifail wedi ei brisio ar gyfer pwrpasau iawndal, ond fod yr anifail yn marw (neu yn cael ei ladd am resymau eraill) wedi prisio; neu

(c)lle bo anifail yn ddarostyngedig i gyfyngiad symud o dan Atodlen 3 o Reoliadau Enseffalopathïau Sbyngffurf Trosglwyddadwy (Cymru) 2006 a bod yn rhaid ei ladd fel mater o frys, a bod milfeddyg wedi datgan yn ysgrifenedig y byddai'r anifail fel arall wedi bod yn addas i'w fwyta gan bobl yn unol â Phennod VI o Adran I o Atodiad III i Reoliad (EC) Rhif 853/2004 o Senedd Ewrop a'r Cyngor sy'n gosod rheolau hylendid penodol ar gyfer bwyd sy'n dod o anifeiliaid(1), ac os felly yr iawndal yw gwerth y corff (gan gynnwys y gwaed a'r croen).
