The Fish Labelling (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2006

Title, commencement and application

1.  The title of these Regulations is the Fish Labelling (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2006, will come into force on 24 May 2006 and apply in relation to Wales.

Amendment of the Fish Labelling (Wales) Regulations 2003

2.  The Fish Labelling (Wales) Regulations 2003(1) are amended as follows—

(a)at the end of regulation 4(2) insert—

  • “and shall be names prescribed by law for the purposes of paragraph (1).”; and

(b)for the Schedule substitute the contents of the Schedule to these Regulations.
