9. In the case of any compound feeding stuff containing protein derived from mammalian tissue but containing no mammalian meat and bone meal, and intended for animals other than pet animals, the statutory statement must contain the following declaration—
“This compound feeding stuff contains protein derived from mammalian tissue the feeding of which to ruminants is prohibited”.
