Rheoli bwydydd anifeiliaid a fwriedir at ddibenion maethiadol penodol, a darpariaethau atodol o ran datganiadau statudol

19.—(1) Ni chaiff unrhyw berson roi mewn cylchrediad unrhyw fwyd anifeiliaid a fwriedir ar gyfer diben maethiadol penodol, oni bai—

(a)bod y diben maethiadol penodol o dan sylw wedi ei bennu yng ngholofn 1 o Bennod A o Atodlen 7;

(b)bod gan y bwyd anifeiliaid y nodweddion maethiadol hanfodol a bennir gyferbyn â'r diben maethiadol penodol hwnnw yng ngholofn 2 o'r Bennod honno;

(c)bod y bwyd anifeiliaid wedi ei fwriadu ar gyfer anifeiliaid a bennir gyferbyn â'r diben maethiadol penodol hwnnw yng ngholofn 3 o'r Bennod honno;

(ch)yr argymhellir defnyddio'r bwyd anifeiliaid am gyfnod o amser sydd o fewn yr amrediad a bennir gyferbyn â'r diben maethiadol penodol hwnnw yng ngholofn 5 o'r Bennod honno;

(d)y cydymffurfir â'r gofynion a bennir ym mharagraffau 1, 2 ac 8 o Bennod B o Atodlen 7 o ran y bwyd anifeiliaid; ac

(dd)fod cyfansoddiad y bwyd anifeiliaid yn gyfryw fel bod modd iddo ateb y diben maethiadol penodol y bwriedir ef ar ei gyfer.

(2) Bydd Atodlen 7 yn effeithiol fel a bennir yn Atodlen 3.
