Name, commencement and application
1.—(1) The name of this order is the Local Government (Best Value Performance Indicators) (Wales) (Revocation) Order 2005 and it comes into force on the 1 April 2005.
(2) This order applies only in relation to Wales.
Revocation
2. The Local Government (Best Value Performance Indicators) (Wales) Order 2002(1) is revoked.
