Enwi, cychwyn a chymhwyso

1.  Enw'r gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Clefydau Anifeiliaid (Diheintyddion a Gymeradwywyd) (Diwygio) (Cymru) 2005 a daw i rym ar 1 Ebrill 2005.

(2) Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn gymwys i Gymru yn unig.

Diwygio Gorchymyn Clefydau Anifeiliaid (Diheintyddion a Gymeradwywyd) 1978

2.—(1) Diwygir Gorchymyn Clefydau Anifeiliaid (Diheintyddion a Gymeradwywyd) 1978(1) (“Gorchymyn 1978”) mewn perthynas â Chymru yn unol â darpariaethau canlynol yr erthygl hon.

(2) Ym mharagraff (2) o erthygl 6 o Orchymyn 1978 (sy'n pennu'r dyddiad hyd at ei ddiwedd y mae diheintyddion sy'n ddarostyngedig i ddarpariaethau trosiannol yn aros yn gymeradwy), yn lle “31st August 2003” rhodder “30 June 2005”.

(3) Yn lle Atodlen 1 i Orchymyn 1978 (sy'n rhestru diheintyddion a gymeradwywyd) rhodder Atodlen 1 i'r Gorchymyn hwn.

(4) Yn lle Atodlen 2 i Orchymyn 1978 (sy'n rhestru diheintyddion sy'n ddarostyngedig i ddarpariaethau trosiannol) rhodder Atodlen 2 i'r Gorchymyn hwn.

Dirymu

3.  Dirymir y canlynol—

(a)Gorchymyn Clefydau Anifeiliaid (Diheintyddion a Gymeradwywyd) (Cymru) 2001(2);

(b)Gorchymyn Clefydau Anifeiliaid (Diheintyddion a Gymeradwywyd) (Diwygio) 1999 (3) i'r graddau y mae'n ymwneud â Chymru.

Llofnodwyd ar ran Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru o dan adran 66(1) o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Cymru 1998(4)
