4.—(1) Ni ellir gwneud cais i'r Llywydd am iddo neu iddi benodi cymrodeddwr o dan yr Atodlen hon onid anfonir y ffi briodol ar gyfer y cyfryw gais gyda'r cais; ond unwaith y bydd y ffi wedi'i thalu mewn cysylltiad ag unrhyw gyfryw gais ni fydd unrhyw ffi arall yn daladwy mewn cysylltiad ag unrhyw gais a wneir ar ôl hynny yn gofyn i'r Llywydd arfer unrhyw swyddogaeth y gall ei harfer o ran y broses gymrodeddu yn rhinwedd yr Atodlen hon (gan gynnwys cais am iddo neu iddi benodi cymrodeddwr newydd mewn achos priodol).
(2) Yn is-baragraff (1), ystyr y “ffi briodol” yw'r cyfryw ffi resymol ag y gall y Llywydd ei nodi o ystyried y cyfryw ffi ag sy'n cael ei phennu am y tro o dan baragraff 1 (2) Atodlen 11 i Ddeddf Daliadau Amaethyddol 1986(1), a heb fod yn fwy na'r ffi honno mewn unrhyw achos.
