Torri neu ddifa'r gorchudd glas

6.—(1) Ym mhob cae neu ran o gae y gweithredir un o'r opsiynau a grybwyllir ym mharagraff 1(1), rhaid i ffermwr wneud y naill neu'r llall o'r canlynol—

(a)yn ddarostyngedig i is-baragraff (2), torri'r gorchudd glas rhwng 15 Gorffennaf a 15 Awst (yn gynhwysol) yn ystod y cyfnod neilltuo cyfredol; neu

(b)difa'r gorchudd glas rhwng 15 Gorffennaf a 31 Awst (yn gynhwysol) yn ystod y cyfnod neilltuo cyfredol.

(2) Caiff ffermwr (pan fo'n torri'r gorchudd glas mewn cae neu ran o gae yn unol ag is-baragraff (1)(a)) yn achos cae sydd i'w neilltuo yn y flwyddyn ganlynol, adael heb ei dorri 25% o'r arwynebedd sydd wedi'i neilltuo yn y cae hwnnw, ar yr amod bod unrhyw arwynebedd a adewir heb ei dorri yn unol â'r paragraff hwn ac sydd hefyd wedi'i adael heb ei dorri yn ystod y ddwy flynedd flaenorol yn unol â'r paragraff hwn (neu baragraff 7(2)(b) o Atodlen 2 i Reoliadau Taliadau Arwynebedd År 1996) yn cael ei dorri yn unol ag is-baragraff (1) yn y flwyddyn ganlynol.
