Opsiwn y lleiniau o dan 10 metr

5.—(1) Ym mhob rhan o gae sydd i'w rheoli yn unol ag opsiwn y lleiniau o dan 10 metr, rhaid i ffermwr —

(a)yn ddarostyngedig i is-baragraff (2) a pharagraff 7, sefydlu gorchudd glas erbyn dechrau'r tymor gorchudd glas cyfredol —

(i)drwy hau hadau o fath perthnasol; neu

(ii)drwy ganiatáu aildyfiant naturiol yn dilyn y cnwd diwethaf a gynhyrchwyd ar y rhan honno o'r cae o dan sylw yn y flwyddyn flaenorol;

(b)yn ddarostyngedig i baragraffau 8, 12 a 13, cynnal a chadw'r gorchudd glas tan ddiwedd y cyfnod perthnasol; ac

(c)torri'r gorchudd glas o leiaf unwaith yn ystod y flwyddyn gyfredol.

(2) Nid yw'r gofyniad i sefydlu gorchudd glas yn unol ag is-baragraff (1)(a) yn gymwys yn 2005 —

(a)pan fo'r cae neu'r rhan o gae wedi'i neilltuo yn 2004 yn unol ag Erthygl 6 o Reoliad y Cyngor 1251/1999 ac wedi'i reoli neu wedi'i rheoli yn ystod y flwyddyn honno yn unol ag opsiwn yr ymylon caeau a nodir ym mharagraff 5 o Atodlen 2 i Reoliadau Taliadau Arwynebedd År 1996; a

(b)pan fo'r gorchudd glas a sefydlwyd yn unol â gofynion yr opsiwn hwnnw wedi'i gynnal a'i gadw tan ddechrau'r tymor gorchudd glas cyfredol.
