Esemptiadau rhag y gwaharddiad ar hau, a pharatoi ar gyfer hau, cnwd ar y tir sydd wedi'i neilltuo oddi wrth waith cynhyrchu

11.—(1) Caiff ffermwr wneud paratoadau ar gyfer hau ar neu ar ôl 15 Gorffennaf.

(2) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (3), caiff ffermwr hau unrhyw hadau ar neu ar ôl 15 Gorffennaf os yw'r hadau yn cael eu hau er mwyn cynhyrchu cnwd i'w gynaeafu yn y flwyddyn ganlynol.

(3) Pan fo ffermwr yn hau tir glas ar dir sydd wedi'i neilltuo oddi wrth waith cynhyrchu yn unol â'r esemptiad yn is-baragraff (2), rhaid iddo beidio â phori unrhyw anifeiliaid ar y tir hwnnw yn ystod gweddill y flwyddyn gyfredol.
