Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys pan fo gan Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru yr awdurdod i adfer y costau a dalwyd ganddo mewn cysylltiad ag ymchwiliadau neu wrandawiadau eraill sy'n ymwneud â chynlluniau datblygu unedol, cynlluniau lleol neu barthau cynllunio syml sydd ag effaith yng Nghymru.

Mae'r Rheoliadau yn rhagnodi swm dyddiol safonol y caniateir ei godi am bob diwrnod y mae person a benodir i gynnal ymchwiliad neu wrandawiad wrthi'n ei gynnal, neu sydd fel arall yn gwneud gwaith sy'n gysylltiedig ag ef.

O ran ymchwiliad neu wrandawiad arall sy'n dechrau ar neu ar ôl 1 Ebrill 2005, £679 yw'r swm a ragnodir gan y Rheoliadau hyn.

Mae hynny'n disodli'r swm o £618, a ragnodwyd ar gyfer y flwyddyn 2004/2005 gan Reoliadau Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Costau Ymchwiliadau etc.) (Swm Dyddiol Safonol) (Cymru) 2002 (O.S. 2002/2801) (Cy.269), ac eithrio mewn perthynas ag ymchwiliad cymwys yr oedd y Rheoliadau hymny yn gymwys iddo ac a ddechreuodd cyn 1 Ebrill 2005 ac sy'n parhau wedi'r dyddiad hwnnw.
