Title, commencement, application and interpretation

1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Adoption Information and Intermediary Services (Pre-Commencement Adoptions) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 30 December 2005.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

(3) In these Regulations the “the Principal Regulations” (“y Prif Reoliadau”) means Adoption Information and Intermediary Services (Pre-Commencement Adoptions) (Wales) Regulations 2005(1).
