7.  In the Education (National Curriculum) (Assessment Arrangements for English, Welsh, Mathematics and Science) (Key Stage 1) (Wales) Order 2002:

(a) In article 3(1) omit the words ““the Authority” (“yr Awdurdod”) means the authority known as the Qualifications, Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales;”;

(b) In article 7 for “the Authority” substitute “the National Assembly”.
