8.  Yn Rheoliadau Lwfans Ceisio Gwaith 1996:

(1) Yn rheoliad 1(3)—

(a)yn is-baragraffau (a), (b) a (b)(ii) yn y diffiniad o “full-time course of advanced education” yn lle “National Council for Education and Training for Wales” rhodder “National Assembly for Wales”;

(b)yn is-baragraffau (b)(i), (b)(ii) a (b)(ii)(bb) yn y diffiniad “full-time student” yn lle “National Council for Education and Training for Wales” rhodder “National Assembly for Wales”.

(2) Yn rheoliad 11(3) yn lle “National Council for Education and Training for Wales” rhodder “National Assembly for Wales.”
