The School Organisation Proposals by the National Council for Education and Training for Wales Regulations 2004 (S.I. 2004/1576) (W.162)

39.  In the School Organisation Proposals by the National Council for Education and Training for Wales Regulations 2004:

(1) In the title of the Regulations for “National Council for Education and Training for Wales” substitute “National Assembly for Wales”;

(2) In regulation 1(1) for “National Council for Education and Training for Wales” substitute “National Assembly for Wales”;

(3) In regulation 2 omit “the Council means the National Council for Education and Training for Wales”;

(4) In regulation 4 for “Council” substitute “National Assembly”;

(5) In regulation 5—

(a)in paragraphs (1), (2) and (3) for “Council” substitute “National Assembly”;

(b)in paragraph (4) and sub-paragraph (f) for “Council” substitute “National Assembly”;

(c)in paragraph (4) omit “(a) the National Assembly”;

(d)in paragraph (5) and (6) for “Council” substitute “National Assembly”.

(6) In regulation 6 for “the Council” substitute “the National Assembly for Wales”.

(7) Regulation 7 is revoked.

(8) Regulation 8 is revoked.

(9) Insert the following after Regulation 6:
