Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (c. 13)

23.  In section 54(1) (duty to give information)—

(a) for “a council” substitute “the Learning and Skills Council for England or the National Assembly for Wales”;

(b) for “they may require” substitute “the council or (as the case may be) the National Assembly for Wales may require”;

(c) for “their functions” substitute “the functions of the council or (as the case may be) the National Assembly for Wales.”
