In section 54(1) (duty to give information)—
a
for “a council” substitute “the Learning and Skills Council for England or the National Assembly for Wales”;
b
for “they may require” substitute “the council or (as the case may be) the National Assembly for Wales may require”;
c
for “their functions” substitute “the functions of the council or (as the case may be) the National Assembly for Wales.”
