Aelodaeth
4.—(1) Dim ond disgyblion cofrestredig yn yr ysgol gaiff ffurfio aelodaeth y cyngor ysgol.
(2) Rhaid i gorff llywodraethu ysgol a'r pennaeth drefnu bod o leiaf un disgybl cofrestredig o bob grŵp blwyddyn ysgol, o Flwyddyn 3 ac yn uwch, yn cael ei ethol i aelodaeth y cyngor ysgol.
(3) Anghymhwysir person nad yw'n ddisgybl cofrestredig yn yr ysgol y sefydlir cyngor ysgol ar ei chyfer o aelodaeth y cyngor hwnnw.
(4) Rhaid i gorff llywodraethu ysgol a phennaeth unrhyw ysgol sydd â chanolfan adnoddau anghenion addysgol arbennig, drefnu bod o leiaf un disgybl cofrestredig o'r ganolfan adnoddau anghenion addysgol arbennig honno yn cael ei ethol i aelodaeth y cyngor ysgol.
