Supplier’s label for a package of standard seed other than a small package of such seed
19. The label referred to in paragraph 15 shall be fixed to the package by a person registered under regulation 5 of the Seed (Registration, Licensing and Enforcement) (Wales) Regulations 2005(1) as a person who may label standard seed of vegetables.
