The route of the new trunk road is a route at Windyhall, Fishguard in the County of Pembrokeshire and is a combined new footpath/cycleway 325 metres in length commencing at a point about 135 metres west of the north-west corner of Windyhall House and terminating at a point about 66 metres north-north-west of the north-east corner of Windyhall Cottage.
