22.—(1) Diwygir Rheoliadau Gorchmynion Traffig yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol (Gweithdrefn) (Cymru a Lloegr) 1990(1) fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn rheoliad 2(1) (dehongli) yn lle'r diffiniad o “fire authority” rhodder—
““fire and rescue authority” in relation to any road or other place, means the fire and rescue authority under the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 for the area in which the road or other place is situated;”.
(3) Yn rheoliad 14(1)(a)(ii) (hysbysu gwneud y gorchymyn), yn lle'r geiriau “fire authority” rhodder “fire and rescue authority”.
