Cofnodion a phapurau
47.—(1) Rhaid i'r clerc (neu'r person a benodir i weithredu fel clerc at ddiben y cyfarfod yn unol â rheoliad 42(4)) sicrhau bod cofnodion trafodion cyfarfod o'r corff llywodraethu'n cael eu llunio a'u llofnodi (yn ddarostyngedig i gymeradwyaeth y corff llywodraethu) gan y cadeirydd (neu gan y person sy'n gweithredu fel cadeirydd) yn y cyfarfod nesaf.
(2) Rhaid i gofnodion y trafodion gael eu rhoi mewn llyfr a gedwir at y diben gan y clerc a gellir eu rhoi ar dudalennau rhyddion wedi eu rhifo'n olynol; ond os gwneir hynny rhaid i'r person sy'n llofnodi'r cofnodion dorri llythrennau'i enw ar bob tudalen.
(3) Rhaid i'r person sy'n gweithredu fel clerc y corff llywodraethu at ddibenion unrhyw gyfarfod ysgrifennu'n union cyn y nodyn sy'n cofnodi'r cyfarfod hwnnw yn y llyfr neu ar y tudalennau a ddefnyddir at y diben hwnnw enwau'r aelodau hynny o'r corff llywodraethu ac unrhyw berson arall a oedd yn bresennol yn y cyfarfod dan sylw.
(4) Rhaid i'r corff llywodraethu ddarparu copi o gofnodion drafft neu wedi'u llofnodi o gyfarfod penodol i'r awdurdod addysg lleol sy'n cynnal yr ysgol dan sylw os caiff gais gan yr awdurdod dan sylw.
