Ysgolion Meithrin a Gynhelir

14.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2), rhaid i gorff llywodraethu ysgol feithrin a gynhelir gynnwys y canlynol—

(a)y pennaeth, onid yw'n ymddiswyddo yn unol â rheoliad 26(1);

(b)llywodraethwyr ym mhob un o'r categorïau a bennir yng ngholofn gyntaf y tabl isod, yn y niferoedd a bennir ym mha un bynnag o golofnau 2 neu 3 sy'n berthnasol i'r ysgol.

(2) Mae'r dewis o fod â chorff llywodraethau llai â chyfansoddiad yn unol â'r trydydd golofn ar gael yn achos ysgol feithrin a gynhelir pan fo gan yr ysgol lai na 100 o ddisgyblion cofrestredig.

(3) Gall offeryn llywodraethu ysgol feithrin a gynhelir ddarparu ar gyfer un categori o staff-lywodraethwr yn hytrach na'r ddau gategori o athro-lywodraethwr a staff-lywodraethwr, yn y niferoedd hynny, heb fod yn llai nag un, a fo'n cael eu pennu yn yr offeryn llywodraethu.

(4) Yn achos y dewisiadau a bennir yn ail golofn y tabl, rhaid i gyfansoddiad corff llywodraethu ysgol feithrin a gynhelir y mae'r golofn honno'n gymwys iddi adlewyrchu un ai pob dewis cyntaf neu bob ail ddewis.
