8.  Mae cymhwyso Pennod 4 o Ran 2 o Ddeddf 1998 i ysgolion meithrin a gynhelir, a hwnnw'n gymhwyso a wnaed drwy beri i adran 45 o Ddeddf 1998 gael ei diwygio gan baragraff 99(2) o Atodlen 21 i Ddeddf 2002(1), i gael effaith yn y cyfnod sy'n dod i ben yn union cyn 1 Ebrill 2006 ddim ond at ddibenion ariannu ysgolion meithrin a gynhelir mewn unrhyw flwyddyn ariannol sy'n dechrau ar neu ar ôl y dyddiad hwnnw.
