Arolygiadau Ysgolion
22.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Addysg (Arolygu Ysgolion) (Cymru) 1998(1) yn cael eu diwygio drwy fewnosod yn rheoliad 5(1)(a) a (b) ar ôl y gair “voluntary” y geiriau “, maintained nursery school”.
(2) Mae'r cyfeiriadau at ddarpariaethau yn Neddf Arolygiadau Ysgolion 1996 a Deddf 1998 yn Rheoliadau Addysg (Arolygu Ysgolion) (Cymru) 1998(2) yn gyfeiriadau at y darpariaethau hynny, fel y'u diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf 2002, ond pan fo adroddiad arolygwyr ar ysgol feithrin a gynhelir wedi dod i law cyn bod corff llywodraethu wedi'i gyfansoddi ar gyfer yr ysgol, mae rheoliadau 8 a 10 yn cael effaith fel petai'r awdurdod addysg lleol oedd yr awdurdod priodol.
