16.  Er gwaethaf y ffaith bod adran 52 (11) o Ddeddf Addysg 2002(1) wedi dod i rym ac er gwaethaf rheoliad 7 o'r Rheoliadau hyn, mae Rheoliadau Addysg (Gwahardd Disgyblion ac Apelau) (Ysgolion a Gynhelir) (Cymru) 2003(2) yn gymwys o ran ysgolion meithrin a gynhelir mewn perthynas â gwaharddiadau ar neu ar ôl 1 Ebrill 2006 yn unig.
