Amendment of the Education (Pupil Registration) Regulations 1995

15.  Regulation 2 of the Education (Pupil Registration) Regulations 1995(1) is amended by inserting in the definition of “proprietor” after the words “foundation special school” the words “or a maintained nursery school”.
