Terfynu trefniadau
7. Rhaid i unrhyw drefniadau sydd wedi'u gwneud o dan reoliad 5 ddod i ben cyn gynted ag y bo'n rhesymol ymarferol—
(a)os caiff y cynigion eu tynnu'n ôl;
(b)os caiff y cynigion eu gwrthod o dan baragraff 8 o Atodlen 6 neu baragraff 14 o Atodlen 7 i Ddeddf 1998;
(c)yn achos cynigion nad oes angen eu cymeradwyo o dan baragraff 8 o Atodlen 6 i Ddeddf 1998, os yw'r corff neu'r hyrwyddwyr y cyhoeddwyd y cynigion ganddynt yn penderfynu o dan baragraff 9 o Atodlen 6 i Ddeddf 1998 na ddylid eu rhoi ar waith; neu
(ch)os yw Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru'n penderfynu o dan baragraff 10(3) o Atodlen 6 i Ddeddf 1998 na ddylai paragraff 10(1) o'r Atodlen honno fod yn gymwys i'r cynigion mwyach.
