Cytundebau sy'n angenrheidiol ar gyfer trefniadau

6.—(1) Os oes cynigion i sefydlu ysgol sefydledig neu ysgol wirfoddol wedi'u cyhoeddi gan hyrwyddwyr, rhaid i awdurdod addysg lleol beidio â gwneud trefniadau mewn perthynas â'r ysgol heb gytundeb yr hyrwyddwyr ynglŷn ag unrhyw ddarpariaeth a wneir mewn perthynas â'r llywodraethwyr sefydledig dros dro.

(2) Os ceir unrhyw anghytuno rhwng yr awdurdod addysg lleol a'r hyrwyddwyr mewn perthynas â'r ddarpariaeth y cyfeirir ati ym mharagraff (1), caiff y naill neu'r llall ohonynt gyfeirio'r mater at Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru ac ar gyfeiriad o dan y paragraff hwn rhaid i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru roi unrhyw gyfarwyddyd y mae'n credu ei fod yn addas.
