48.—(1) Yn union cyn y dyddiad ymgorffori, rhaid i'r corff llywodraethu dros dro baratoi, at ddiben cynorthwyo'r corff llywodraethu a fydd yn ei ddilyn, adroddiad byr ynglŷn â'r camau y mae wedi eu cymryd wrth gyflawni ei swyddogaethau mewn perthynas â'r ysgol newydd.
(2) Rhaid i holl gofnodion a phapurau corff llywodraethu dros dro mewn perthynas â'r ysgol newydd, gan gynnwys yr adroddiad a baratowyd o dan baragraff (1), fod ar gael i'w olynwyr.
