Cyfarfodydd a thrafodion cyrff llywodraethu dros dro
40.—(1) Mae Rhan 8 o'r Rheoliadau Llywodraethu yn gymwys i ysgolion newydd yn ddarostyngedig i'r addasiadau cyffredinol ac i baragraff (2).
(2) Os yw dwy neu fwy o ysgolion i'w cau (“yr ysgolion sydd i'w cau”) a disgwylir y bydd y disgyblion cofrestredig yn yr ysgolion hynny, neu nifer sylweddol ohonynt, yn trosglwyddo i ysgol newydd, mae gan benaethiaid yr ysgolion hynny sydd i'w cau yr hawl i fynychu unrhyw gyfarfod corff llywodraethu dros dro'r ysgol newydd hyd nes y penodir pennaeth newydd ar gyfer yr ysgol honno.
