Y weithdrefn ar gyfer diswyddo llywodraethwyr dros dro gan y corff llywodraethu dros dro
24.—(1) Mae'r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys mewn perthynas â diswyddo:
(a)rhiant-lywodraethwr dros dro sydd wedi'i benodi gan y corff llywodraethu dros dro,
(b)athro-lywodraethwr dros dro sydd wedi'i benodi gan y corff llywodraethu dros dro, neu
(c)noddwr-lywodraethwr dros dro.
(2) Ni fydd penderfyniad i ddiswyddo llywodraethwr dros dro sy'n cael ei basio yn un o gyfarfodydd y corff llywodraethu dros dro yn effeithiol oni bai—
(a)bod y llywodraethwr neu'r llywodraethwyr dros dro sy'n cynnig y dylid ei ddiswyddo yn datgan yn y cyfarfod hwnnw eu rhesymau dros wneud hynny a bod y llywodraethwr y bwriedir ei ddiswyddo'n cael cyfle i wneud datganiad mewn ymateb, a hynny cyn i'r corff llywodraethu dros dro benderfynu diswyddo'r llywodraethwr dros dro;
(b)bod mater diswyddo'r llywodraethwr dros dro wedi'i bennu fel eitem o fusnes ar agenda'r cyfarfod.
(3) Ar ôl i benderfyniad i ddiswyddo llywodraethwr gael ei basio, rhaid i'r corff llywodraethu dros dro roi gwybod mewn ysgrifen i'r person sydd wedi'i ddiswyddo am y rhesymau dros y diswyddo.
