Ymddiswyddo
22.—(1) Caiff unrhyw aelod o gorff llywodraethu dros dro ymddiswyddo o'i swydd llywodraethwr drwy roi hysbysiad ysgrifenedig i glerc corff llywodraethu dros dro yr ysgol.
(2) Caiff llywodraethwr sefydledig dros dro ex officio ymddiswyddo fel llywodraethwr dros dro naill ai'n barhaol neu dros dro ond ni fydd ei ymddiswyddiad yn rhagfarnu swydd llywodraethwr dros dro ei olynydd yn y swydd y mae'r swydd llywodraethwr dros dro ex officio yn deillio ohoni.
(3) Caiff y pennaeth dynnu ei ymddiswyddiad yn ôl unrhyw bryd drwy roi hysbysiad ysgrifenedig i glerc y corff llywodraethu dros dro.
