Dirymu, arbedion a darpariaethau trosiannol

2.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Addysg (Llywodraethu Ysgolion Newydd wrth Drosi i Fframwaith Newydd) 1998(1) yn cael eu dirymu mewn perthynas â Chymru.

(2) Mae Rhannau I i V, VII ac VIII o Reoliadau Addysg (Ysgolion Newydd) (Cymru) 1999(2) (“Rheoliadau 1999”) yn cael eu dirymu heblaw fel y darperir ym mharagraffau (3) a (4).

(3) Bydd Rhan I o Reoliadau 1999 yn dal yn effeithiol i'r graddau y mae'n ymwneud â Rhan VI.

(4) Bydd Rhannau I i IV o Reoliadau 1999 yn dal yn effeithiol mewn perthynas ag unrhyw gorff llywodraethu dros dro a sefydlir cyn i'r Rheoliadau hyn ddod i rym.
