Llywodraethwyr cymunedol dros dro
13.—(1) “Llywodraethwr cymunedol dros dro” yw person sydd wedi'i benodi'n aelod o gorff llywodraethu dros dro ysgol newydd gan y corff llywodraethu dros dro ac sydd:
(a)yn berson sy'n byw neu'n gweithio yn y gymuned sy'n cael ei gwasanaethu gan yr ysgol newydd neu sydd i gael ei gwasanaethu ganddi; neu
(b)yn berson sydd, ym marn y corff llywodraethu dros dro, wedi ymroi i lywodraeth dda a llwyddiant yr ysgol newydd.
(2) Anghymhwysir person rhag cael ei benodi'n llywodraethwr cymunedol dros dro os yw:
(a)yn ddisgybl cofrestredig yn yr ysgol newydd neu'n debyg o ddod yn ddisgybl cofrestredig ynddi;
(b)yn gymwys i fod yn staff-lywodraethwr dros dro neu'n athro-lywodraethwr dros dro yn yr ysgol newydd; neu
(c)yn aelod etholedig o'r awdurdod addysg lleol.
