Llywodraethwyr AALl dros dro
12.—(1) “Llywodraethwr AALl dros dro” yw person sydd wedi'i benodi'n aelod o gorff llywodraethu dros dro ysgol newydd gan yr awdurdod addysg lleol.
(2) Anghymhwysir person rhag cael ei benodi'n llywodraethwr AALl dros dro ysgol os yw'n gymwys i fod yn staff-lywodraethwr dros dro neu'n athro-lywodraethwr dros dro ysgol.
