Athro-lywodraethwyr dros dro
11.—(1) “Athro-lywodraethwr dros dro” yw person sydd wedi'i benodi'n aelod o gorff llywodraethu dros dro ysgol newydd yn unol â'r rheoliad hwn.
(2) Yn yr achos cyntaf, rhaid i athro-lywodraethwr dros dro gael ei benodi gan y corff llywodraethu dros dro.
(3) Yn yr ail achos, rhaid i athro-lywodraethwr dros dro fod yn berson sydd wedi'i enwebu gan yr hyrwyddwyr ac wedi'i benodi gan yr awdurdod addysg lleol.
(4) Os oes un neu fwy o ysgolion a gynhelir wedi'u cau, neu i'w cau, ac y disgwylir i ddisgyblion cofrestredig yr ysgol neu'r ysgolion, neu nifer sylweddol ohonynt, drosglwyddo i ysgol newydd, fe gaiff
(a)yr awdurdod addysg lleol, yn yr achos cyntaf, neu
(b)yr hyrwyddwyr, yn yr ail achos,
ddarparu i gorff llywodraethu yr ysgol neu'r ysgolion a gaewyd benodi rhai neu'r cyfan o athro-lywodraethwyr dros dro yr ysgol newydd.
(5) Ni chaniateir gwneud unrhyw ddarpariaeth y cyfeirir ati ym mharagraff (4) uchod mewn perthynas ag ysgol wirfoddol a reolir oni bai bod yr awdurdod addysg lleol wedi ymgynghori â'r hyrwyddwyr yn gyntaf.
(6) Ni chaniateir i neb gael ei enwebu na'i benodi yn athro-lywodraethwr dros dro oni bai ei fod yn athro neu athrawes ysgol a gyflogir mewn ysgol a gynhelir.
(7) Pan fydd yn peidio â gweithio mewn ysgol a gynhelir, anghymhwysir athro-lywodraethwr dros dro rhag parhau i ddal swydd llywodraethwr dros dro o'r fath.
