Staff-lywodraethwyr dros dro
10.—(1) “Staff-lywodraethwr dros dro” yw person sydd wedi'i benodi'n aelod o gorff llywodraethu dros dro ysgol newydd yn unol â'r rheoliad hwn.
(2) Rhaid i'r awdurdod addysg lleol yn yr achos cyntaf a'r hyrwyddwyr yn yr ail achos—
(a)penderfynu a ddylai staff-lywodraethwr dros dro gael ei gynnwys ar gorff llywodraethu dros dro yr ysgol newydd yn unol â'r Rheoliadau Llywodraethu (fel y maent wedi'u haddasu gan y Rheoliadau hyn) ac, os penderfynant felly,
(b)penodi staff-lywodraethwr dros dro.
(3) Ni chaniateir i neb gael ei benodi o dan baragraff (2) oni bai ei fod wedi'i gyflogi i weithio mewn ysgol a gynhelir, heblaw fel athro neu athrawes ysgol, ar yr adeg y caiff ei benodi.
(4) Pan ddaw ei gyflogaeth mewn ysgol a gynhelir i ben, anghymhwysir staff-lywodraethwr dros dro mewn ysgol newydd rhag parhau i ddal swydd fel llywodraethwr o'r fath
