Esemptiad i ysgolion sy'n cynnal cyfarfodydd eraill
6. Os bydd y corff llywodraethu, mewn unrhyw flwyddyn ysgol, yn cynnal cyfarfod y cafodd pob rhiant wahoddiad iddo, neu gyfres o gyfarfodydd a bod pob rhiant yn cael gwahoddiad i o leiaf un o'r gyfres, a bod—
(a)rhieni dim llai na 20% o ddisgyblion cofrestredig yr ysgol yn mynychu'r cyfarfod neu o leiaf un mewn cyfres;
(b)rhieni yn cael cyfle yn y cyfarfod neu ym mhob un o'r gyfres o gyfarfodydd (yn ôl y digwydd) i drafod y dull y cafodd yr ysgol ei rhedeg, a'r dull y bydd yn cael ei rhedeg, a pherfformiad yr ysgol, ac
(c)tri neu fwy o lywodraethwyr yn mynychu'r cyfarfod neu bob cyfarfod yn y gyfres (yn ôl y digwydd),
mae'r corff llywodraethu yn esempt rhag y rhwymedigaeth a osodir dan adran 33(1) o Ddeddf 2002 i gynnal cyfarfod blynyddol rhieni ar gyfer y flwyddyn ysgol y cynhelir y cyfarfod neu (yn ôl y digwydd) gyfres y cyfarfodydd ynddi.
