Esemptiad i ysgolion sy'n cynnal cyfarfod ar ôl arolygiad
5. Mae'r corff llywodraethu yn esempt rhag y rhwymedigaeth a osodir gan adran 33(1) o Ddeddf 2002 i gynnal cyfarfod blynyddol rhieni am y flwyddyn ysgol y caiff y cyfarfod y cyfeirir ato ym mharagraff (b) ei gynnal—
(a)os cafodd yr ysgol ei harolygu o dan adran 10 o Deddf Arolygu Ysgolion 1996(1) gan arolygydd cofrestredig, ac
(b)os yw'r corff llywodraethu, o fewn y cyfnod a ragnodwyd yn rheoliad 8(1) o Reoliadau Addysg (Arolygu Ysgolion) (Cymru)1998(2) ar gyfer paratoi cynllun gweithredu, wedi cynnal cyfarfod y cafodd pob rhiant wahoddiad iddo i drafod adroddiad yr arolygydd cofrestredig.
