Esemptiad ar gyfer ysgolion arbennig ysbytai ac ysgolion byrddio.

4.  Mae corff llywodraethu yn esempt rhag y rhwymedigaeth a osodir dan adran 33(1) o Ddeddf 2002 i gynnal cyfarfod blynyddol rhieni—

(a)os yw'r ysgol yn ysgol arbennig gymunedol neu'n ysgol arbennig sefydledig a gafodd ei sefydlu mewn ysbyty a bod y corff llywodraethu o'r farn y byddai'n anymarferol cynnal cyfarfod o'r fath yn y flwyddyn ysgol honno; neu

(b)os yw'r ysgol yn ysgol a gynhelir heblaw un o fewn paragraff (a), a bod y corff llywodraethu o'r farn y byddai'n anymarferol cynnal cyfarfod o'r fath yn y flwyddyn ysgol honno, a bod o leiaf 50% o ddisgyblion cofrestredig yr ysgol yn ddisgyblion byrddio ar yr adeg y ffurfir y farn honno gan y corff llywodraethol.
