3.—(1) Yn y Rheoliadau hyn ystyr “Deddf 2002” (“the 2002 Act”) yw Deddf Addysg 2002.
(2) Mae unrhyw gyfeiriad mewn darpariaeth yn y Rheoliadau hyn—
(a)at y corff llywodraethu neu gorff llywodraethu ysgol yn gyfeiriad at gorff llywodraethu unrhyw ysgol y mae'r ddarpariaeth yn gymwys iddi;
(b)at riant yn gyfeiriad at riant i ddisgybl cofrestredig yn yr ysgol y mae'r ddarpariaeth yn gymwys iddi;
(c)at ysgol yn gyfeiriad at ysgol a gynhelir o fewn ystyr “maintained school” yn adran 39(1) o Ddeddf 2002.
