Dyletswyddau perchenogion
18.—(1) Ar ôl 28 Chwefror 2005 ymlaen ni chaiff neb werthu ceffyl heb basbort.
(2) Pan werthir ceffyl, rhaid i'r gwerthwr roi'r pasbortau i'r prynwr neu, mewn arwerthiannau, rhaid i'r arwerthwr roi'r pasbort i'r prynwr.
(3) Rhaid i'r perchennog newydd neu gynrychiolydd y perchennog, o fewn 30 diwrnod o'r prynu anfon at y corff sy'n dyroddi pasbortau a ddyroddodd y pasbort —
(a)enw a chyfeiriad y perchennog newydd; a
(b)enw a Rhif adnabod neu god alffaniwmerig adnabod y ceffyl yn ôl y cofnod yn Adran II o'r pasbort,
(c)a rhaid iddo gwblhau Adran I o'r pasbort yn unol â rheolau'r corff sy'n dyroddi pasbortau.
(4) Rhaid i berson sydd â phasbort yn ei feddiant ei ddangos ar archiad rhesymol i'r corff sy'n dyroddi pasbortau a'i dyroddodd, ac ar archiad rhesymol rhaid iddo ei roi i'r corff hwnnw.
(5) Rhaid i berchennog ceffyl sy'n marw neu sy'n cael ei gigydda anfon y pasbort i'r awdurdod sy'n dyroddi pasbortau o fewn 30 diwrnod ar ôl iddo farw.
