Title, commencement and application
1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Highways (Schools) (Special Extinguishment and Special Diversion Orders) (Wales) Regulations 2005 and they come into force on 15 July 2005.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
