SCHEDULE 9 E+W TRANSITIONAL CHARGES BY THE AGENCY

4.  The charge to be paid by a producer in respect of any self disposal return made pursuant to regulation 53 is— E+W

(a) for any return made in writing, £19; and

(b) for any return made in electronic form, £10.
