7.—(1) Mewn achos lle mae ymgymerwr yn atebol, o dan y Rheoliadau hyn, i wneud taliad i awdurdod neu lle mae awdurdod yn atebol i wneud taliad i ymgymerwr mewn perthynas â gweithfeydd gwyro rhaid cymryd y canlynol i ystyriaeth o blaid yr awdurdod —

(a)os bydd y mesurau hynny yn arwain at welliant yng nghyfarpar yr ymgymerwr, swm sy'n gyfartal i'r budd y mae'r ymgymerwr yn ei gael o ganlyniad i'r gwelliant, wedi'i gyfrifo yn unol ag Atodiad F i'r Cod;

(b)os bydd y mesurau hynny'n arwain at ohirio'r angen i adnewyddu cyfarpar yr ymgymerwr, swm a benderfynir yn unol ag Atodiad E i'r Cod.

(2) At ddibenion y rheoliad rhaid penderfynu ar “gwelliant” yn unol ag Atodiad F i'r Cod.
