10.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2) dirymir Rheoliadau Gwaith Stryd (Rhannu Costau Gwaith) 1992(1) (“Rheoliadau 1992”) i'r graddau y maent yn gymwys i Gymru.

(2) Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys lle mae'r hysbysiad ffurfiol o fwriad i fwrw ymlaen â gweithfeydd mawr yn unol â pharagraff 5 o Atodiad C i'r Cod yn cael ei gyflwyno ar y dyddiad y deuant i rym neu ar ôl hynny; ac mae Rheoliadau 1992 yn parhau'n gymwys lle mae hysbysiad ffurfiol o'r fath wedi cael ei gyflwyno cyn y dyddiad hwnnw.
