Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn sydd yn gymwys o ran Cymru, yn rheoleiddio pysgota am gregyn bylchog yn “nyfroedd Cymru”. Ar gyfer pwrpasau y Gorchymyn hwn diffinir “dyfroedd Cymru” fel yr ardaloedd morwrol sydd o fewn Cymru fel y diffinir gan adran 155(1) o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Cymru 1998.

Mae Erthygl 3 y Gorchymyn hwn yn cyfyngu ar y nifer o lusgrwydi cregyn bylchog y caiff cychod pysgota Prydeinig eu tynnu.

Mae Erthygl 4 yn pennu y cyfyngiadau ar hyd barau tynnu y gellir eu cario neu eu defnyddio gan gychod pysgota Prydeinig.

Mae Erthygl 5 yn pennu manyleb y llusgrwydi cregyn bylchog y caniateir eu cario neu eu tynnu.

Mae Erthygl 6 yn pennu beth fydd isafswm maint y gragen fylchog y caniateir i gwch pysgota Prydeinig ei chario, a hefyd yn darparu ar gyfer tymor caeëdig mewn perthynas â physgota cregyn bylchog, sef y cyfnod sydd yn dechrau fel yn 2005 ar 30 Mehefin, ac ymhob un o'r blynyddoedd dilynol ar 1 Mehefin, gan ddod i ben ar 31 Hydref.

Mae Erthygl 7 yn darparu y dull y mae cregyn bylchog i gael eu mesur ar gyfer pwrpasau Erthygl 6.

Mae Erthygl 8 yn darparu bod gan swyddogion pysgodfeydd môr Prydeinig bwerau penodol i fynd ar fwrdd cychod pysgota Prydeinig, i'w harchwilio a'u cadw ac i archwilio, copïo a chadw dogfennau.

Mae Erthygl 9 yn dirymu Gorchymyn Cregyn Bylchog Rhy Fach eu Maint (yr Arfordir Gorllewinol) 1984, Gorchymyn Cregyn Bylchog (Môr Iwerddon) (Gwahardd Pysgota) 1984 a Gorchymyn Cregyn Bylchog (Môr Iwerddon) (Gwahardd Pysgota) (Amrywio) 1986 cyn belled â bod y Gorchmynion yma yn gymwys o ran Cymru.

Mae Arfarniad Rheoliadol wedi ei baratoi ar gyfer y Gorchymyn hwn a gellir ei archwilio yn swyddfeydd Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, Adran yr Amgylchedd, Cynllunio a Chefn Gwlad, Parc Cathays, Caerdydd, CF10 3NQ.
