Mae Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd iddo gan adrannau 1, 3, 5, 15(3) a 20(1) o Ddeddf Pysgod Môr (Cadwraeth) 1967(1), ac a freiniwyd ynddo bellach(2), yn gwneud y Gorchymyn canlynol:

Diwygiwyd adran 3 gan Ddeddf Terfynau Pysgodfeydd 1976 (p.86), Atodlen 2, paragraff 16(1), Deddf Pysgota Gyda'r Lan (yr Alban) 1984 (p.26), Atodlen 1 ac O.S. 1999/1820, Atodlen 2, paragraff 43(1), (2) a (4). Yn rhinwedd erthygl 2(a) o Orchymyn Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru (Trosglwyddo Swyddogaethau) 1999 (O.S. 1999/672) trosglwyddwyd y swyddogaethau a oedd yn arferadwy o dan adrannau 1, 3, 5, 15(3) a 20 o Ddeddf 1967 i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol i'r graddau y maent yn arferadwy mewn perthynas â Chymru (sydd, yn ôl y diffiniad yn adran 155(1) o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Cymru 1998 (p.38), yn cynnwys “y môr yn gyfagos â Chymru ac allan i'r môr hyd at ffin y môr tiriogaethol”).
